Meet the Organisation of Landmine Survivors and Amputees in Rwanda (OLSAR)! With the support from the ICBL-CMC’s Investing in Action Programme, OLSAR has been dedicated to advocating for the landmines victims and survivors through sport, training and mentoring activities. OLSAR contributes to the international campaign to ban landmines and to promote and protect the human rights of survivors and amputees in Rwanda helping them in accessing services and opportunities at local and national level.
