A record breaking number of students, families, and educators participated in Celiac Strong Day this year - a day full of building awareness of celiac disease through student led presentations, gluten-free snack breaks, conversations about inclusion, health, and support for kids with celiac disease, sharing stories, answering thoughtful questions, and proud advocacy.
