The Baldwin Fun Machine is a wondrous and fabled instrument that’s found its way into a few interesting places. If you’re lucky you’ll find one on CraigsList or ebay for not much money - and if you’re really lucky, it’ll still work unlike Queens of the Stone Age whose Fun Machine ‘Took a Shit and Died’. More recently Mason Stoops and co took one on tour with Lizzy McAlpine… This was one of my favourite jams of last year - using the fabulous Audio Kitchen The Big Trees preamp into Soundgas TriFli
