Seeing farm-raised fish in the frozen aisle is a no for me. From pollution and overcrowding to unnatural feed and added coloring (yes, even in salmon)… it’s bad for the ocean and not something I want in my body. I choose to eat less fish and meat, and when I do, I look for ethically caught, responsibly sourced options — or I skip it altogether. Curious how others feel about this. Every beach walk, I pick up trash 🌊🙏🌎 I found this container and thought it was sunscreen… turns out it was candy.😱 So much sugar, artificial coloring, preservatives — and this is what ends up in our bodies and our oceans.
