💐 Nothing says springtime like the arrival of migrating hummingbirds. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service spotted this hummingbird building a 2-inch-wide rufous nest at Billy Frank Jr. Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge in western Washington state.
