BEEF PARES RECIPE INGREDIENTS: 1/2 kilo beef brisket 1 medium size onion, minced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp ginger, minced 3 tbsp scallions, chopped 4 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 cup soy sauce 3 pieces star anise beef cube 3 tbsp sugar Salt and pepper to taste COOKING PROCEDURE: 1. In a boiling water add whole peppercorn and 1 tsp of salt. 2. Put-in the beef then boil until the meat is tender. 3. Slice the boiled meat in cubes and set aside. Do not throw away the stock used for boiling 4. Place the
