If you’re struggling with TMJ and nothing is working, understanding the muscles around your jaw may be the missing piece. The jaw is supported by a group of muscles that can either help stabilise the joint and reduce pressure - or overcompensate when the joint is under constant load. What finally helped me was understanding how jaw position, posture, daily habits, and targeted muscle work affect the pressure on the TMJ. Reducing TMJ compression through better mechanics changed everything for me
