These lobster roll sliders are perfect for a party. I started with 3.5 pounds of lobster tails. Split them in half, seasoned and placed meat side down on the grill. Once you get some great color flip them. Baste in garlic butter and when the lobster meat hits 145 degrees internal remove them from the grill. Use some slider rolls as a base, add some Romain Lettuce, piece of lobster and finish with lime zest and some chopped parsley. These are so good!! #Lobster #lobster roll #grilling #summer #ho
