Just had the most incredible dining experience at #SingleThread in Healdsburg, California. This restaurant is not only ranked 2 in the US and 46 in the world, but it also has 3 michelin stars! The 10 course Japanese-inspired kaiseki menu features ingredients from their own farm and every dish was an absolute work of art.
