I’ve seen a lot of tows, but never one like this. 🚒🏗️ After Engine 104 was struck by an 18-wheeler while blocking traffic on US 59, the highway was a mess. Instead of shutting down the freeway for hours to load the wreckage onto a trailer, the recovery crew made a bold call. Two Apple Wreckers teamed up to literally airlift the fire truck down the road. With one wrecker driving forward and the other backing up, they cradled the engine between them, suspending it in the air to get it to a nearb
