OK today we got a 2015 Jeep Compass. Customer called me a couple weeks ago and said the vehicle completely shut down on them leaving work — no power, no crank, nothing. Even the tow truck tried to jump it and still got nothing, so they had it towed home. We came out, did a full inspection, and found the issue: the fuse box had failed.
