Microsoft plans to add one-step folder sharing and easier file sharing to Outlook, simplifying permissions and collaboration.
Microsoft has announced that it is increasing the limit of 500 shared folders in Outlook for Windows to 5,000 for most customers. The change is available on the 1904 and 1905 versions of Outlook.
