One person was killed and 15 others were injured when an explosion in a Bronx high-rise building turned into an inferno early Saturday morning, according to the FDNY. The fire broke out at 12:09 a.m.

The fire started on the 15th floor of the Boston Secor Houses. The FDNY was on the scene at the time to investigate a possible gas leak in the building.
